I added this into my arm workout and I LOVE it. You can feel the weight and the struggle through the reps and that’s the feeling I’m a sucker for. • •
I start with a 10 and do 2 sets of 15 and then bump it up to a 25 and do one more set. (Yes I need to work on my form and the bouncing) • •
It’s also nice seeing yourself do it in the mirror cuz you see your muscles and dat always motivates me 😁 • •
