C'est un des 3 mouvements de base de la force athlétique avec les squats et le développé couché. . On muscle dans la meme action les fesses, les ischio-jambiers, les muscles lombaires et les trapèzes. Je ne pense pas qu’il existe un exercice plus efficace que le svt, pour muscler simultanément tout les muscles cités plus haut. Le squat est un exercice , incontournable dans mon programme de musculation. Tout simplement parceque en exécutant ce mouvement, je fais fais travailler tout mon corps et oui, pour ceux qui ne le savais pas le squat fais appelle à plusieurs muscle à la fois mais plus principalement les muscles des fesses ainsi que les cuisses. C’est un mouvement poli articulaires. . . . Muscles principaux : grand fessier, les cuisses antérieures. les quadriceps incluant les vastes interne et externe, le droit antérieur et les biceps crural. Vous ferez aussi travailler le soléaire des mollets, les muscles adducteurs, les fessiers ainsi que les muscles abdominaux. Vous sollicitez aussi votre dos (les lombaires). Vous avez aussi une sollicitation de la ceinture scapulaire, dont les trapèzes et les épaules. . . Ma routine : 5*10 reps à 100 kilos au squat classique 5*10 reps à 80 kilos au front squat . at Lyon, France
