💥November 26, 172.6 lbs ⏩ December 9, 165.6 lbs💥 . . It is important to note that the first 3-4 lbs of weight loss were from water and glycogen. I’d approximate that I lost around 3 lbs of fat. My mini cut protocols: -Go aggressive since it is only 2 weeks. Hit every macro to the gram/every second of cardio. No room for error. - Dropped carbs and fat/increased protein according to what I need for my macros. These macros resulted in a 500-650 calorie deficit. -Dropped sugar to less than 50g (may be bro science but I feel it makes a BIG difference in body composition ) -Increased cardio to 5-6 days each week for 30-40 minuets depending on my morning weigh ins. -I mini cut until I reach my desired body fat level, but will do absolutely no more than 3 weeks. -Immediately go back to the macros I was consuming before the mini cut. There is no need to reverse like I would after a standard cut/prep. -The goal of a mini cut isn’t to get shredded. I use it to keep my body fat levels in check as I continue to maintain-lean bulk . . Mini cuts aren’t for everyone. Once you establish a solid base and have at least a few years of proper training and nutrition under your belt, they can be beneficial. at San Jose, California

I know so many people , mainly men but can happen with women too , that are convinced they cannot gain weight i.e. build muscle , they say no matter how much they eat or do it just doesn't happen and my response is always the same, " do you track your calorie intake and/or lift weights ? " to which they reply "no theres no point , I know it won't work" This isn't my opinion , this is an absolute fact that if you eat in a caloric surplus and start resistance training you will build muscle. You cannot say something doesn't or won't work if you have never tried it, it may take time and some adjustments along the way to get where you need to be but you just need to try it, why spend your time giving out or not being happy with how you are if you can change it , it's so achievable , it's not easy and it'll take effort , commitment and time but it can be done, the only thing stopping you is yourself. I'm not implying all "skinny" people want to be big and start building muscle , if your happy with how you are that's awesome but I know there is some people out there that do want to grow and learn how to change and all I want them to know is they can , if there willing to put the work in. Never settle for anything less than what will make you truly happy and never just admit defeat because you don't want to try or because your sceptical about the process , get up and get it done , do the workouts , track the food , open your mind up to the possibility of having what you really want and then go and get it , noone is going to do it for you. at Dublin, Ireland

"Er/Sie ist mein Vorbild." , "Ich möchte genau so aussehen wie er/sie." Jeder hat das bestimmt schon einmal gesagt. Jeder hat ein oder sogar mehrere bestimmte Idole, denen man nacheifert. Idole, die das "perfekte" Aussehen, den "perfekten" Körper, die "perfekte" Ausstrahlung etc besitzen, was dann widerum als genereller Maßstab angesehen wird. Diese Vorstellung eines "perfekten" Idealbildes manipuliert einen geradezu: Es ist gut Vorbilder/Idole zu haben, sich an ihnen zu orientieren aber man sollte die Grenzen kennen. Ihr werdet NIEMALS genau gleich aussehen wie er/sie, da ihr nicht die Person seid! Außerdem fühlen wir uns schlecht, kritisieren jede Kleinigkeit an uns, die nicht unserer "perfekten" Vorstellung entspricht! Es ist gut, sich an bestimmten Personen auf Instagram, YouTube etc zu orientieren, allerdings sollten diese niemals als Maßstab aller Dinge angesehen werden. Ich selbst finde einige Frauen auf Instagram inspirierend (@kk_fit_ , @stephaniesanzo, @casssmartin, @laurenlf ), dennoch verkörpern sie für mich nicht das Idealbild einer Figur bzw eines Körpers, denn das gibt es nicht. Sie sind alle auf ihre eigene Art schön. Mir geht es eher um die Einstellung dieser Frauen zum Kraftsport & deren Willenskraft & Stärke (💪🏼&🧠). Fazit: Vorbilder sind gut, sollten aber nicht zum Maße aller Dinge werden! 🤗 at Relax Fitness Haßloch
