📊TRIPLICE ESTENSIONE _________________________________________ Se dovessimo pensare al gesto più ripetuto per un giocatore di pallacanestro e non solo; a tutti verrebbe in mente la triplice estensione di #caviglia/ #ginocchio/ #anca. Quante volte un giocatore deve piegare le gambe ed andare in accosciata!? Sempre sostanzialmente… Inutile ribadire quanto sia quindi importante il funzionamento ottimale e la salute dell’articolazione del ginocchio in toto. Spesso i giocatori perdono questa funzionalità ottimale di flesso estensione. Il corpo ragiona in termini di economicità ed è cosi che pian piano inizia a dare diversi feedback come ad esempio inclinare maggiormente il busto per ovviare il piegamento della gamba. Altre volte invece questo è semplicemente la causa di una marcata ipocinesi delle caviglie che nel 90% dei casi hanno subito precedenti traumi dovuti al gioco. Genetica / scorrette posture o predominanza muscolari possono generare anche veri e propri paramorfismi. Comune il ginocchio valgo. Se un ginocchio sotto carico non riesce ad essere stabile e non si flette estende sul piano sagittale bensì tende a collassare verso l’interno possiamo esser certi di non avere un buon livello di forza per garantire il corretto movimento e piegamento di questa articolazione. Protein! Suplement, který nemusím určitě představovat. Suplement, který slepě každý cvičenec považuje za základ. Dle mého názoru přitom patří úplně na samý chvost suplementace. Taková třešnička na dortu.🎂Ale o tom někdy jindy. Dnes vám však poradím jednoduchý trik, jak se nezmýlit při výběru proteinu, když už teda nějaký kupujete. Proteinů je na trhu moře. Že je 90% odpad, to už taky asi víte. Těch 10% jsou proteiny vyráběné z mléka od krav krmených trávou, takzvané grassfed proteiny a samozřejmostí je výroba za studena. Jedině v takovém případě do sebe nesypete písek. Já bych vám, ale chtěl říct něco o kozím proteinu. A proč byste po něm měli šáhnout raději, než po kravském proteinu, i když je od spokojených kraviček.🐄Kozí syrovátka má totiž dvě obrovské výhody. První z nich je, že kozí mléko má prostě jiné složení a v mnoha případech sedí i těm, kteří jsou na kravskou syrovátku alergičtí. A ta druhá výhoda je, že se nemusíte opravdu strachovat o kvalitu a to z jednoho prostého důvodu. Koza si totiž vybírá, co bude žrát a žere prostě jen to, co jí vyhovuje. Proto se říká, že je někdo mlsný jako koza.🐐😁A také proto většinou neuvidíte na kozím proteinu nálepku grassfed, protože je to u kozí syrovátky standart. Parliamo di #performance & #glutei 👇 HIP THRUST EXERCISE 🏋️‍♀️ L’hip thrust risulta un ottimo esercizio per i glutei perché la flessione del ginocchio disattiva l’intervento degli ischiocrurali e pertanto l’estensione d’anca avviene solo a carico dei glutei. Uno degli errori più comuni è il coinvolgimento del quadricipite, difatti tenendo il ginocchio in flessione dobbiamo evitare di alzare troppo il sedere e la spinta deve essere verso l’alto e non verso dietro. Gli svantaggi di questo esercizio è che bisogna utilizzare carichi elevati per poter ottenere un risultato sui glutei, rischiando di aumentare le forze di taglio sul rachide. Una valida alternativa è l’hip thrust monolaterale, che vi permetterà una maggiore stabilizzazione e un maggiore reclutamento muscolare dimezzando le forze di taglio sul rachide. Prima di eseguirlo accertatevi di aver un buon pattern motorio di estensione senza compensazioni.
