Realizando o desejo de bolo 🤩😍 . Melhor bolo vulcão de cenoura com calda de chocolate e o melhor de tudo: sem nada de açúcar 🍫🥕🤤 . Para o bolo: 3 ovos 2 cenouras grandes 1/2 xícara de óleo (pode ser qualquer um: coco, milho, canola) 1 xícara de farinha de aveia 1 xícara de farinha de trigo integral 1/2 xícara de xilitol 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó . Bater até ficar uma massa lisinha no liquidificador os ovos, óleo e cenouras. Em uma tigela colocar a farinha, xilitol e fermento e misturar. Adicionar o líquido aos secos, mexer para incorporar bem e colocar em uma forma, com furo no meio, untada e enfarinhada, para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por cerca de 40 minutos. Fazer o teste do palito. Depois de assado, esperar esfriar completamente antes de retirar da forma. . Para o brigadeiro: 1 1/2 xícara de leite em pó integral 1/2 xícara de água quente 1/3 xícara de xylitol 3 colheres de sopa cheias de cacau em pó 1 caixinha de creme de leite 1 colher de sopa de azeite (pode ser manteiga também) . . Bater no liquidificador leite em pó, água, xylitol e cacau em pó. Colocar essa mistura na panela junto com azeite em fogo baixo e ir mexendo sem parar até ficar no ponto de brigadeiro. Desligar o fogo e acrescentar o creme de leite e mexer bem. . . . Depois do bolo frio, desenforme e coloque a calda por cima 😍😍🤩🤩. . . . Lasaña boloñesa 🤤🤤🤤 Llevaba un montón de tiempo queriendo comer lasaña, pero como siempre ando con prisas y requiere un poco más de elaboración fui dejándolo jajaja. 🌱Ayer hice la salsa boloñesa "a mí manera". Poche una cebolla,tres dientes de ajo, dos zanahorias, una rama de apio y un par de puñados de champiñones frescos. Cuando esté todo cocinadito añadimos una taza de soja texturizada fina y dejé que absorbiera bien el líquido de las verduras. Añadimos un buen chorro de vino tinto y especiamos con orégano, albahaca, tomillo, pimienta y sal. Añadimos una lata grande de tomate triturado y una cucharadita de bicarbonato para corregir la acidez del tomate. Cocinamos mínimo una horita, probamos y corregimos sabores. 🍁Para la bechamel derretimos dos cucharadas de margarina, añadimos harina hasta hacer una pelota de masa y vamos añadiendo leche de soja sin azúcar caliente a los pocos hasta conseguir una textura cremosa. Mein Frühstück bestand heute aus den folgenden Zutaten: 📌 80g Haferflocken 📌100g Joghurt mit 3,5% Fett 📌15g Chiasamen 📌60g TK Beeren Tipp1: Wer regelmäßig in das Fitnessstudio geht, kann auch Griechischen Joghurt mit 10% Fettgehalt nehmen. Dieser liefert mehr Proteine, welche für den erfolgreichen Muskelaufbau unumgänglich sind. Tipp2: Wem Obst auf Dauer zu teuer ist nimmt einfach wie ich TK Obst/Beeren. The 5 Pillars of Building a Badass Immune System. - Immune cells have a long lifespan with memory of past infections and exposure. - From preconception, to birth and advanced ages, there are various stages in our life that must be considered when optimizing your immune system. - This means that recommendations for building a titanium immune system for a child is completely different than that of an adult or elderly individual. - All that said, there are 5 Pillars that we can always think of when it comes to strengthening and enhancing immune function. - 1. Maintain Barrier Function. - Breaches in the gut barrier will always result in downstream immune challenges and must be addressed before anything else. Removing foods that damage the gut lining (corn, soy, dairy, gluten) and adding nutrients that support it (bone broth, organ meats, fermented foods), managing stress, sleep and environment are all things to consider. - 2.
