RDL! - - PB 165 kg. 6 reps. Could of done 1 more at push! This has become a exercise I have become obsessed with this exercise! - - - In weight lifting I am a strong believer in not changing plans every few weeks , I stick to the same exercises and make them heavier , harder and slower! Patience is so important if you want to build muscle! - - - Too many times I see people in the gym unable to stick to training plans let alone food plans. Be organised in the gym, no what your doing and smash it !!

3 weeks into reverse Diet. - - Only 2 pounds up. Sometimes it goes from “dieting” to “life” if you can stop thinking about diet in a negative fashion and find foods you like that fit your macros it all becomes a shit ton easier. - - Avoid yoyo dieting and reaching for fast foods. Keep it real 🙅🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️
