"Harverd Dropout" is a 2019 hiphop album released by Lil Pump who is known for songs like "Gucci Gang", "I Love It" and "D Rose". Pump is famous for making the most nonsensical music and being self aware about it. This album is no different Harverd Dropout is a BAD album,no doubt. But i don't feel offended over it's quality and actually respect Pump for making such a bad album,enjoyable. The closest comparison i can make is with "Venom". A film that fails in every aspect but is still so enjoyable. Pump's flows on this album are very standard in the album and sound like every other pump track you've heard. The Production is actually the best I've heard this year. The Sound Mixing is done masterfully and the beats are so well done. All beats are innovative and energtic. Another aspect i enjoyed were track lengths. Only two songs go over 3 mins and the rest are 2 mins or shorter. I really liked this as the subject matter Pump raps about becomes extremely redundant when dragged on for over 3 minutes. Regarding the subject matter, its no surprise that the lyrics are terrible and have no artistic value but who listens to pump for lyrics or storytelling. There are a few songs that i enjoyed. "Who Dat" was a fun song with great production. "ESKETIT" was actually enjoyable and is now one of my go-to hype songs."ION" had a good chorus and one of the only time Smokepurrp sounded good. Lastly, "Drop Out" , the opening track is the best Lil Pump song with an explosive beat. Overall,this is an enjoyable but bad album with 4 good tracks,great production and well thought out Track Length . . . 4/10

What over 3 stone of weight loss looks like. I say weight loss but @tommpurdue has been gaining strength and muscle whilst dropping body fat. The commitment level and consistency has been on another level. We got previous targets and now we're onto the next 💪 purely focused on calorie deficit and hitting protein. Cet exercice de musculation sollicite les muscles des cuisses et les fessiers. Il est considéré comme moins risqué que le squat à la barre car la charge est répartie sur l’ensemble du dos grâce au dossier de la machine. Il n’est cependant pas impossible de se blesser dessus si on pousse n'importe comment. . . La presse à cuisses est particulièrement adaptée pour les personnes souffrant du dos ou celles ne souhaitant ou ne pouvant pas réaliser l’exercice du squat. Néanmoins, certains points essentiels sont à connaître afin d’éviter de se blesser : 1. Ne pas cambrer le dos et à ne pas décoller les fesses en position jambes fléchies. Le dos reste plaqué au dossier et ne bougera pas durant l’exécution du mouvement. Ce sont uniquement les membres inférieurs qui entrent en action. 2. Ne pas verrouiller les genoux en position jambes tendues. Lorsque vous tendez complètement vos jambes à la presse inclinée, toute la charge est supportée par l’articulation du genou. A terme, vous risquez la blessure Ma routine 4 positions de jambes : Classique que va solliciter tout la partie basse de mon corps. . Pour solliciter davantage vos quadriceps, placez vos pieds en bas du plateau ou resserrez les au milieu. Pour mettre l’accent sur les ischio-jambiers et les fessiers, placez vos pieds en haut du plateau. C'est un des 3 mouvements de base de la force athlétique avec les squats et le développé couché. . On muscle dans la meme action les fesses, les ischio-jambiers, les muscles lombaires et les trapèzes. Je ne pense pas qu’il existe un exercice plus efficace que le svt, pour muscler simultanément tout les muscles cités plus haut. Le squat est un exercice , incontournable dans mon programme de musculation. Tout simplement parceque en exécutant ce mouvement, je fais fais travailler tout mon corps et oui, pour ceux qui ne le savais pas le squat fais appelle à plusieurs muscle à la fois mais plus principalement les muscles des fesses ainsi que les cuisses. C’est un mouvement poli articulaires. . . . Muscles principaux : grand fessier, les cuisses antérieures. les quadriceps incluant les vastes interne et externe, le droit antérieur et les biceps crural. Vous ferez aussi travailler le soléaire des mollets, les muscles adducteurs, les fessiers ainsi que les muscles abdominaux. Vous sollicitez aussi votre dos (les lombaires). Vous avez aussi une sollicitation de la ceinture scapulaire, dont les trapèzes et les épaules. . . Current pre-workout routine: 1. ROMWOD.com (basically 20 mins of stretching following a video. Shout out to @chriswillx for recommending this) I then roll/myofacial release at the gym before I lift. 2. Consume creatine, glycine, glutamine (5g) 3. Mix EAA’s(20g)with maltodextrin (50g) for my intra-workout. 4. Consume Kraken pre workout (@tmcycles knows) if I’m training legs. If I’m training push/pull I just drink a monster on route to the gym. 5. Listen to pre-gym music 🎧 - Current macros: P - 200g C - 350g F - 70g at Burgess Hill
