Awesome client transformation @thatspissguys Conor came to me in the summer wanting to change his diet after quickly gaining weight from being a chef and snacking too much junk in the kitchen at work. In the past 5 months he’s worked with me by doing my hybrid programme (online / 1-2-1 sessions). Since he had no experience in training in a gym we initially set up a programme and learned how to do all the exercises and movements properly with some 121 sessions so that he could work away on his own at a gym more local to him with the confidence of being able to do the exercises correctly. Last week he sent me these pics which amazed me! He also has been making insane increases in his lifts as well and can lift more than double what he did just 5 months back.. 🇺🇸REGARDING TASTES, Part II — It has been pretty interesting reading the opinions that everyone has on this topic. As I promised you, here’s my opinion on it! — When I met my husband, neither him nor I were into weightlifting. Being muscular or fit wasn’t on my list of criteria when it came to men. I don’t even think I had criteria, I just followed my feelings! — Now though, had I been the same person that I am now before I met him, I probably would see it a little differently. I would honestly be attracted to a man that does take care of himself, of his body & his health. One, because I find that attractive physically speaking, but two, also because it is my PASSION. Therefore, I would know from the get go that it takes hours out of my week, every week. This means that it’d be much easier for me to be in a relationship with someone who not only understands that but also shares this passion. Finally, I would prefer being with someone who takes care of their health and sees the point in training & eating well. — So not only do I find muscular men physically attractive (which doesn’t mean that I find others unattractive or put them down), but I think that a relationship with them is what would work the best for both of us, because how big of a part weightlifting plays into my life. That being said, I LOVE my husband and am VERY thankful that we DO share this passion.
