We may never know what we're doing. Still doesn't sit right with me. But, not giving up is the only choice that has been long gone off the table, even when it's the one I may want to choose the most.
#tbthursday I just found this pic and wow #nusaceningan definitely is one of the most beautiful places I've been and looking at my body I can't I believe I thought I wasn't lean enough by that time 🙄 ... we're never 100% happy with ourselves... are we? But I'm working on my mindset.
We are the only one making up in our own minds false self image of perfection wich leads to low self esteem and lack of confidence. Perfection dosen't exist! Even that person that you follow and inspires you is looking for more... looking for their own self image of perfection.
And deep down I recognize that I'm one of them. but like I said I'm working on my mindset trying to overcome that and always trying to be in balance between being fit and healthy. And not go to the extreme of getting obsessed.
If you’re anything like me - you’ll do anything to avoid training abs🤷🏻♀️ After seeing @stephanie_buttermore video yesterday about training abs every day for 6 months - I accepted the challenge.
Abs are 100% made in the kitchen and you won’t see abs unless you’re at a low enough body fat %. However working abs will help you have a stronger core AND can help you have more defined abs when your body fat is low enough.
