So I went to my local health shop @revital_uk today. Flaxseed oil I take at night just before bed and I take three capsules. And the assistant recommended elderberry complex to me as I said I have a very week immune system and wanted to give it a boost. The flaxseed oil I would highly recommend to anyone who suffers with IBS and unwanted stomach bloating as it sorts my stomach out a treat. I’ll keep you guys posted on how I get on with the elderberry complex all I can tell you at the minute is that it is quite pricey😂 Love A x

I always throw in shoulder or hip stability/mobility exercises during my workouts. So today after my workout I used this as a finisher and for my shoulder health.
