What’s up hope everyone’s weeks been going good...felt better today and hit a push workout with @paigeemcmahon which resulted in a fair amount of fuking around but at least it was fun 🤷🏻‍♀️full workout below 👇🏻 - - 1.Bb bench 4x4, 1x3 negative reps assisted ( use a weight you can’t do and have someone lift the bar for you). 2. Bb shoulder press 3x8 3. Alt arm DB chest press 3x6ea (vid 1) 4.kneeling SA landmine press 3x10 5. Cable SA front raise 3x10(I say “oh my fuck no” bc the weight was too much at first lol) ss SA DB snatch 3x6 ( vids 2&3) 6.
