Breakfast of champions 🙌🏼 . Woke up to no milk. Honestly devastated so I’ve literally brushed my teeth and put a tracksuit on top of my pyjamas and driven to the shop JUST for milk. Ending up buying half the confectionary aisle, crumpets AND bread. I really don’t think I’ll be flashing a 6 pack any time soon 🙄

Side ways moving plank! (Step not necessary but a great addition 👍) Great for core, shoulders and there’s even a squeeze of the glutes in there ! . Take your time to move across it and ensure you keep your shoulders draw back and down, belly button to the spine and feel a little squeeze of the side of each bottom (coz you know we have two bums! of course L&R 😉) along with the waist too as you go sideways . Add this to your abs routine and see the difference it can make . We are very often moving in our daily activities therefore our muscles should be able to engage and support us with movement 👍 . Bacak Kasları Anatomisi, Bacak kısmında bulunan bu adaleler, diz eklemi ve ayak bileği eklemi arasında bulunan kas ve kas gruplarının genel adıdır. Genel itibarı ile 3 bölümde incelenen bu kas grupları ön bölge, lateral bölge, arka bölge şeklinde sıralanabilir. Ön bölgede yer alan adalelerden M.tibialis anterior kası ayağa ekstansiyon ile inversiyon hareket kabiliyetini sağlar. M.ekstensor digitorum longus kası ise ayak bileği ekleminden sonra 4 tendona ayrılır ve neticede her bir tendon parmaklara kadar uzanır. Bundan dolayı da parmaklara ve ayağa ekstansiyon hareketini yaptırır. M.peroneus tertius kası ayağa ekstansiyon ile eversiyon yaptırır. M.ekstensor hallucis longus adalesi ise başparmak ile ayağa ekstansiyon hareketini yaptırır, bunun yanı sırada ayağın inversiyon hareketine yardımcı olur. Söz konusu bu 4 adalenin siniri N.peroneus profundus olarak adlandırılır. Bacağın lateral kısmında M.peroneus longus ve M.peroneus brevis kasları mevcuttur. Her iki kasında görevi ayağa plantar fleksiyon ile eversiyon hareketi yaptırmaktır. Ve her iki kasıda N.peroneus superficialis siniri innerve eder. Bacağın arka kısmında ise baldır kısmına şeklini veren M.gastrocnemius kası bulunur. Ayağa plantar fleksiyon, ayrıca dize de fleksiyon hareketini yaptırır. Bu adalenin hemen altında bulunan M.soleus kası ayağa plantar fleksiyon yaptırır. Bu arada arka bölgede ayağın plantar fleksiyonuna yardımcı olan M.plantaris adında bir kasta bulunur. Bacağın arka kısmında yer alan tüm kaslar Nçtibialis tarafından innerve edilir.
